Each workout we provide will be from a certified trainer that will assist you throughout your entire training session. The days of spending too much time in the gym wasting time and money not knowing what to do are over. We accept all major credit cards shown here. We also accept payment plans if you do not want to pay for your entire program up front. Payments plans are only accepted by credit card and also incur an additional fee. Please note that when making an online payment, your data is safely encrypted from unauthorized access and safely processed through our secure server.

This our most popular package because of the savings. With our 12 week all-out fitness program, you will meet with your trainer three times per week. This is the recommended program for those who are ready to radically change their body, and are ready to commit at least 3 consecutive months to doing so. This fitness program is the most involved, and with your dedication, will provide you with a completely different body. Extreme changes will occur on this program, and you will obtain the body of your dreams.
1 month 4-week fitness program in which you'll meet with our trainer 3 times per week - this is ideal for those who are preparing for a competition, a wedding, or a vacation.
3 sessions Maybe you just need a few sessions with one of us to get you back on track... That's what this training program is all about. This introductory program is for individuals with some previous exercise experience who just need that extra push to get started.
Group Training Partner and group sessions can be very fun and motivating. Some people actually perform better in a small group. Workout with a friend and receive a huge discount! Group Fitness Programs are convenient, motivating, affordable, and are guaranteed to get you in shape fast!
Rates are based upon the number of participants (i.e., “boots”) in your group; the more boots, the lower the rate. * Private boot camps of 10 or more boots qualify for our lowest, standard boot camp package rates.
Private Fitness Boot Camp Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, increase stamina, or simply just want to work out with your friends, we can design your own private boot camp to help you reach any fitness goal you have. As with all Fresh Start Fitness programs, our private boot camps will start you on a path toward a lifetime of living happier and healthier.
