Fresh-Start-Fitness is all about helping older, disabled or otherwise physically disadvantaged people to see that they can still start over and become more fit than they are right now.

Are we promising miracles? No. Your progression will depend upon many factors, and some of them will be fixed. BUT we are pretty sure we can help people improve from where they are.

The bottom line is, this is about making the most of ourselves. It’s not about becoming the ideal of a human specimen. That idea died out with Plato.

And no, I don’t really wanna get into a whole discussion of Platonic ideals right now. So I will leave you with the thought that we are constantly changing whether we like it or not, so we may as well see the positive in this change.
